Your appointments are very important and reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24 hour notice.
- 24 hours prior to your appointment – no charge
- Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in $25 charge added to your next service
- Failure to show up for your appointment, no call no show, will result in a $25 charge and payment in full to rebook appointment
- Gift Certificates- Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to appointment will result in 50% deducted from the purchased price of gift certificate. Failure to show up for your appointment, no call no show, will result in a 100% forfeit.
